Brayden Low - 200 Foot Forward IHockey IQ Camp

Brayden Low is a former professional hockey player with nearly a decade of professional experience across North America and Europe. A hard-nosed, two-way centerman, Brayden built his career by playing a complete 200-foot game, earning trust in every situation, from shutting down opponents on the penalty kill to producing offensively and scoring around the net on the power play.
Known for his physical style, attention to details, faceoff ability, and work ethic, Brayden believes success comes from mastering the small habits that separate good players from great ones. His coaching philosophy focuses on developing players who not only improve their skills, but also understand how to think the game, compete consistently, and make winning decisions in every zone.

The 200 foot Forward Hockey IQ Camp is designed to develop complete players by combining elite skill development with the habits and decision-making used at the professional level, and every drill is designed to translate directly into game situations, helping players become smarter, more confident, and more effective.
Players will work on:
· Hockey IQ and reading the game
· Faceoffs and center responsibilities
· Puck protection and winning battles
· Offensive zone positioning and net-front scoring
· Shooting in game situations
· Defensive habits and 200-foot play
· Forechecking and backchecking details
· Compete level, confidence, and professional habits

Forward Specific Clinic
This forward clinic sharpens the core offensive skills every forward needs to impact the game: shooting and passing under pressure, reading and creating game situations, and protecting the puck while timing attacks. Players will refine offensive-zone positioning and learn when and how to support the puck, explore multiple attack options, and develop smarter timing on entries and plays. Through focused small-area games and battle drills, forwards will build quick decision-making, stronger puck battles, and the habits that convert chances into goals.

Whitney hails from Minnesota, USA where he played in the top division of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHL Class AA), earning All-Conference and All-State Honorable Mention honors, while additionally competing in the Upper Midwest HS Elite League Hockey, and representing his district in the USA Hockey Select Festival. He then went on to play for the New England Junior Huskies in the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL, now USPHL) before signing with American International College (NCAA Division I). After a four-year playing career in the Atlantic Hockey Association (AHA), competing against several past and current NHL Players, Whitney moved to Hong Kong and has coached with multiple clubs over the past 10 years.

Defence Specific Clinic
This defence clinic sharpens the essential skills defenders need to control play and ignite offense: backward skating, gap control, and smooth transitions; angling, stick and body positioning for winning 1-on-1 battles; and smart decision-making in outlet and transition situations. Players will practice pressured puck retrievals, breakout reads and the all-important first pass, while developing techniques to create offense from the blue line.

Ben grew up playing hockey in Nova Scotia, Canada, and has played for the Halifax Mooseheads of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), and the Dalhousie Tigers of the CIS / U-Sports. Ben was drafted in the 1st round of the QMJHL entry draft in 2005. He represented Canada internationally, suiting up for Team Atlantic in the World U17 tournament, as well as attended camp for Team Canada U18. He was invited to a pro camp with the Montreal Canadiens East Coast League affiliate. Ben has extensive education and coaching background, completing his Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University, and coaching in both Canada and Hong Kong for over 15 years.
